It is aimed at workers and supervisors, foremen, inspectors, planners, designers, manufacturers, equipment operators and owners of materials who can gain the knowledge required to recognize life-threatening onsite dangers.

The SCTPP test is a 2.5 hour test that includes 120 multiple-choice questions on the assessment, creation and implementation of Pro-project safety plans in identifying and reducing risks, directing project personnel, preparing an incident investigation plan, preparing an incident/accident report, and conducting training sessions for field personnel.
